Well! We make a use of all authentic and ethically sourced leather, Vegan Leather, Good quality Indian textiles and Handmade Indian Textiles. After all we’re customized footwear brand and not limiting ourselves in use of materials, until they’re adaptable for the process

Where Products are manufactured?
shoe it has it’s own manufacturing premises located in Mumbai where all products and accessories’ manufactured and undergo from quality assurance process.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all local payment methods such as credit card, debit card, American express, Paypal, internet banking and wallet payments like PayTM.
Cash on delivery is accepted in India. All payment modes are safe and secured with us.
What are your shipping terms and conditions?
We offers cash on delivery services and no shipping charges on Orders above INR 5000
Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately yet we have not started delivering internationally. We aim to do same soon. Till than you can order your shoes pan India.
How will I know my order is shipped?
Once the order is place and the payment is received & verified, you shall receive an email containing tracking number on your email id. In case of any problem or further assistance you may get in touch with our customer care.
When will I receive my order?
As we are into made to order business all orders are shipped within 10 to 15 business days and we aim to ship product within these days only. Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.
Any extra duties and taxes levied?
All Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties, there are no further hidden charges and tax’s charged
Returns & Exchanges
- All products are Made-to-order, thus they have been exclusively manufactured, designed and made for you. Hence none of the product will be exchange due to customers changed mind.
- All returns will be on account credit only.
- You have up to 15 days to return/exchange an item.
- We exchange for a size up or down and do not refund.
- If you would like to exchange one item for another (due to size issues), you must first return the original item in the condition received along with all other promotional items and intact packaging (if applicable) and then place a new order.
- Refunds will be given only in the form e-gift cards or credits, which can be used while shopping online on www.theshoeit.com
- No exchange no repairs on sale product
- Repairs only on manufacturing defects and not on wear & tear.
- Any alterations are on a chargeable basis
- Six month warranty on selected items from date of purchase (one must produce bill for same)will be provided, NO warranty on any and every product sold during any sale or on discounted products
